Done on the rear part of God's temple

It's been quite a while since I posted Dr. Carpenter's new project on February 28, 2009. He has been working on constructing model temple of God's house for the past few weeks. Yesterday, he demonstrated the completed rear part of this model temple. As you can see from the video clips, it's quite unique when you have a closer inside look.

He mentioned that he will not continue the front part of this model temple because of limited space of storeroom for these models, and also the lack of wood material I guess. However, he is now working on another project, building a 1/10 model house of Taiwanese traditional architecture with the wood material from Longan tree branches. Such material is available from our backyard. Regarding the building technique for this type of house, it is slightly different from the one with "hinoki" (timber of a Chinese cypress), yet similar to how people built bamboo house in the past old times.

It looks like that Dr. Carpenter's project is never ending.
