"Hug you closely and tightly"

The Concert conference is upcoming soon in July 2009 here at CNU.

In this conference, one of our international team members was assigned to perform a song by Chiang Hui, a very famous Taiwanese singing star. The song is called "Hug you closely and tightly" (Listen this song sung by Chiang Hui here.) Again, I have to take care of the job of translation. Here is the lyrics in Taiwanese, plus the translation:

I want to hug you closely and tightly.

‘cause I’m afraid you will wake up and cry at midnight.

Hug you in my heart. Let you no longer feel confused about life.

I want to hug you closely and tightly.

Don’t fear; don’t be shy.

Worldly things are hard for people to understand.

A strong shoulder is needed.

I want to hug you closely and tightly.

Let me accompany you with the same melody.

Share your worry, your sorrow, and your cry.

Cry out, and things in heart will turn out to be nothing.

I want to hug you closely and tightly.

Let you no more fear and no more cry.

Empty all past things, and life will be full of hope.

Let me accompany you through the hard stage.

I want to hug you closely and tightly.

Don’t fear; don’t be shy.

Worldly thing are hard for people to understand.

You need a strong shoulder.

I want to hug you closely and tightly.

Let me accompany you, singing the same melody.

Share your worry, your sorrow, and your cry.

Cry out, and things in heart will turn out to be nothing.

I want to hug you closely and tightly.

Let you no more fear and no more cry.

Empty all past things, and life will be full of hope.

Let me accompany you through the hard stage.

Empty all past things, and life will be full of hope.

Let me hug you closely and tightly.
